Valentine’s Aperitif on arrival
First course:
Bruschette con uovo in insalata e prosciutto parma
Pickled egg salad Bruschette topped with prosciutto Parma and fresh herbs

Second course:
Panzerotti fatti in casa, gratinati con mortadella, salsa di pomodoro e panna
“Panzerotti” aû gratin (home made Pasta) stuffed with a mixture of Mortadella, Ricotta and Parmesan, served over a tomato/cream sauce

Third course:
Trancia di salmone con fagiolini alle erbette
Pan roasted, marinated Salmon Fillet on a bed of herbed beans

Fourth course:
Tournedos con salsa madera e funghi - Filetto di pollo in crosta di mandorle con mostarda di pere
Beef “Tournedos” pan roasted, topped with Madera sauce served on a bed of Portobello and wild mushroom ragout – Chicken Tenderloins, almond crusted and lightly fried, served with pear mostarda and apple slices

Fifth course:
Sorpresa di San Valentino

 Maria's Italian Cooking Class 

The Dublin Farm periodically offers entertaining cooking classes... taught by Maria herself!

These informative 3-hour classes include menu planning, ingredient selection, and food preparation for those discerning ladies and men who truly understand that cooking is an art form.

Participants prepare a multi-course meal under Maria´s instruction, then sit down, dine together and enjoy a glass of Italian wine!

$65.00 per person (includes 3-hour cooking class, printed recipes, dinner and a glass of Italian wine or a soft drink)
