Valentine’s weekend and Day Dinner-menu

Appetizer:

Soufflé al prosciutto e cipolla
Prosciutto/onion Soufflé served with buttered crostini, topped with chives and olive oil

 

First dish:

Anelli gratinati alle erbe e mascarpone

Home made Pasta Rings aû gratin, stuffed with Swiss Chard and mascarpone, topped with cream sauce, Parmesan and herbs

Meat-Entrée:

every Entrée dish will be served with three different kinds of vegetables

Tasca di pollo farcita agli aromi
Chicken Breast- or Pork Loin (your choice) stuffed with baby spinach, Swiss cheese and fresh herbs, pan roasted in butter and olive oil, topped with a Chablis white wine sauce, served over a tomato Carpaccio or

 

Meat-Entrée:

Involtini di manzo con mortadella ed erbette

Beef Roulades stuffed with Mortadella, toasted pistachios and caramelized onions, finished in a Barolo red wine sauce or

 

Seafood-Entrée:

Capesante con crosta di erbe e panko con sugo alla puttanesca

U-10 Sea Scallops, herb/panko/olive oil crusted, over a light puttanesca sauce with sherry tomatoes, olives, capers and a hint of garlic

 

Sorbet:

Sorbetto ai lamponi
Raspberry/Lemon Sorbet

 

Dessert:

Sorpresa di San Valentino
