Valentine’s weekend and Day Dinner-menu

Appetizer:

Cuoricini di mozzarella su marinara di pomodoro e basilico
Hearts of mozzarella over marinara veloutée with basil, topped w/ olive oil

First dish:

Gnocchi alla parigina in verde

Gnocchi “Paris style” with prosciutto over an asparagus/cream veloutée, topped with asparagus spears and prosciutto dices, oven baked with butter flakes and Parmesan

Meat-Entrée:

every Entrée dish will be served with three different kinds of vegetables

Tournedos all’arancia e vino rosso
“Tournedos” – Beef Fillet or Chicken Breast- or Pork Tenderloin (your choice) cooked in butter, served with a red wine/orange/herb sauce over orange slices, topped with sliced almonds or

 

Meat-Entrée:

Costolette di agnello scottadito

Lamb Chops “Scottadito” marinated in olive oil and herbs, grilled, drizzled w/ lemon and served over bell pepper ragout w/ home made mint sauce or

Fish-Entrée:

Filetti di sogliola gratinati

Sole Fillet aû gratin, oven baked and served over caramelized Swiss Chard with butter and herbs

Sorbet:

Sorbetto al mango e lime
Mango/Lime Sorbet

Dessert:

Sorpresa di San Valentino
